Any electronic mail, together with attachments (“the email”) that you receive from an employee or representative of SignWonder is subject to this email disclaimer. The email may contain information which is confidential, private and/or privileged in nature.
If you are not the intended recipient of the email (or such person’s authorised representative) you must:
a. Please notify the sender of this fact immediately by return email, fax or telephone and delete the email from your system;
b. Refrain from printing, copying, storing, forwarding or otherwise disclosing and/or using any information contained in the email or any part thereof.
Failure to conform to the above may amount to the unlawful interception of a communication, the infringement of the right to privacy and/or the infringement of copyright, thus exposing you to both criminal and civil liability.
Neither SignWonder, the sender of the email, nor any SignWonder director shall be liable for any direct, indirect, special or other consequential damages (including without limitation that caused by the corruption or loss of data, damage to software programmes and/or interruption of business operations) resulting directly or indirectly from the transmission of the email (including without limitation any software code or viruses transmitted together with the email) or resulting directly or indirectly from the use of any other hyper-linked web site.
The views and opinions expressed in the email do not necessarily reflect the views and opinions of SignWonder. If the email message was used for purposes unrelated to the official business of SignWonder, SignWonder shall not be liable for any damage caused by the contents of the message and the sender shall take full responsibility therefor in his/her personal capacity. If the message contains offensive, derogatory or defamatory statements it means the email has been sent outside the scope of the sender’s responsibilities with SignWonder and only the sender can be held liable in his/her personal capacity.
Unless otherwise agreed, SignWonder will be deemed to have – received an email once the log files on SignWonder’s mail server reflect the mail as having been received; sent an email once the log files on SignWonder’s mail server reflect the mail as having been sent. SignWonder reserves the right to read, access, monitor, duplicate, block, delete or intercept any email sent in reply to the email.
